Refund policy

At Primacy Academy, we value transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which course fees may be refunded. By enrolling in any course or training program, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy

  • Course fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Refund eligibility depends on the course type, delivery mode, and timing of the request

  • Refund requests must be submitted formally within the specified timeframe


2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The course is cancelled by Primacy Academy

  • Technical issues from our side prevent access to the course

  • Duplicate payment is made by mistake

  • Special circumstances approved by management on a case-by-case basis


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after course enrollment

  • Failure to attend the course or training session

  • Incomplete attendance in a day-long or scheduled training

  • Failure to meet course requirements or prerequisites

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations

  • Missing live sessions without prior notice


4. Refund Policy for Live / Day-Long Training

  • Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled training date

  • No refunds will be issued once the training has started

  • If training is postponed by Primacy Academy, learners may choose a rescheduled session or refund


5. Refund Policy for Online / Recorded Courses

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of enrollment, provided that less than a limited portion of the content has been accessed

  • Once significant course content is accessed, refunds will not be applicable


6. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • Transaction or gateway fees (if any) may be deducted


7. Certificate & Access Termination

  • Upon refund approval, course access will be immediately revoked

  • Certificates issued prior to refund approval will be considered invalid

  • Registered email or phone number

  • Course name

  • Payment reference number

  • Reason for refund request
