Our e-GP training involves guidance on government systems. Primacy Academy:
Is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government authority unless stated
Does not control the e-GP system or its policies
Is not responsible for changes made by government platforms
User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal information only for training, communication, and service improvement purposes.
Primacy Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access without notice if:

Fraudulent activities are detected
Misuse of platform or content occurs
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
